Deciding on who you hang out with is one of the most significant contributors to how you feel, how you think, and where you are going in the future.
The people that you spend the most time with have the most influence on you.
These people also change your standards on many things, even in life if they all have low standards for food or clothing or whatever, you going to find yourself the same way.
Just like drinking espresso with seltzer. I do that every day, which also has my team on espresso and seltzer binge all the time.
The sad news is the bad habits get picked up as well not just the good ones, so that is why it's super important to make sure you are in the right group.
If you change who you let close into your circle, it will also improve your standard automatically.
Just imagine you move into a new neighborhood or company, and everyone works out every day.
You more than likely pick that habit up. If everyone around you works out.
The same is true if everyone around you goes out every night to party, or read books, etc.
The choice is yours get the RIGHT group 4U!
This is why it's also so important who you let in not only in your inner circle as friends but business partners and employees. Who do you want to surround yourself with? Are you able to grow with them? Are you ready to improve them? You should spend significant time on growing and growing people as well.
