Social Media in the Fitness Industry!

You have seen me in many of my videos talk about social media and especially talking to my employees the importance of social media and how they are even paid, get bonuses through social media and how we track them in our Entrepreneurial Journey Videos. 


I have received many messages from you all on why I am spending so much energy, time and money on social media. Well if you have not bought into yet now this might push your over that edge. 


Equinox Gym I am sure you guys know them they are a Luxury gym and they have just collaborated with a talent management service because not only they only hire people that fit their image for their gyms and for Soul Cycle but now social media is their #1 factor. On top of that they are spending crazy amount of money to teach their trainers how to use, leverage and became a social media influential. 


It is crazy important because as I said in my last post here we are heading into automation in fitness as well and you may think it wont hurt you just look at Peleton Fitness and think about it again. The only way to separate yourself and you studio is by becoming a KPI of the industry and by creating that crazy outstanding experience! 


Lastly Dolce & Gabbana and many other brands are picking people who have bigger following on social media instead of their previous performance. And they determine who is wearing what dress by the amount and the kind of followers they model has!
