________________________________________ It is not the job quality… it is the management who is responsible for that. I meet so many gym owners who tell me that there are no trainers. Employees are bad… Even though we are in the same industry… They come up with any excuses they can. Like it is your equipment you are so lucky… It is easier in Florida… ☝️Yet they spend no time on hiring, no real education and they hire when they are in need… ☝️At 4U Fitness we hire 24/7 and never turn down someone who fits our culture. ☝️We first find the WHO then the WHAT! ☝️After our extensive hiring process which was featured in many magazines our amazing candidates go though an extensive of 30 days of education 8 hours per day. ☝️Then 3 more months of ongoing education and only then they can become a 4U Fitness personal trainer. ________________________________________ ☝️If managers & Leaders can not see beyond what their employees are doing and help them understand who they are helping and how they are making a difference, then those jobs are bound to be miserable! ☝️Keep it in mind that employees at Southwest Airlines are doing largely the same job as employees at any other large airline and yet there are far fewer miserable jobs at Southwest. ___________________________________________ ☝️The difference is not the job itself. It is management. ☝️One of the most important things that managers must do is help employees see why their work matters to someone. Even if it’s sounds touchy and feely it is a fundamental part of human nature!
