Best habit: I always make my schedule the day before in my notebook (not talking about appointments; that is a given). I actually plan my days to be more productive and to make sure I use all my time wisely—and to make sure I also plan time for my wife.
Worst habit: Social media. I have it my schedule because we use tons of social media to communicate with our clients and fans. However, it is very easy to get off track! Sometimes I find myself completely off subject and just wasting time … There are apps for that now that actually prevent your news feed or set up a timer for it. So I am actually looking into that.
Tip: I highly recommend to have a plan for each day. The worst thing you can do is wing it. Plan ahead. Have a list! And have a morning habit of some sort. For me, every day starts with a shower and going over my goals in my head; then driving to the office listening to audiobooks, having my coffee, reading news and innovating with new ideas. After that I start work—set the hardest work for the a.m.
